Sometimes I notice huge variations in the independence/strength of my
tulpa, which sometimes seem to correlate with unexpected things.
So I'm starting to make more of an effort to correlate some things here,
besides what may seem obvious, like how much time you spend with them.
What kind of non-obvious things (activities, diet, substances, lifestyle, etc) do you think help you and your tulpa?
(A lot of these may be arbitrary, but I would expect to see some commonalities. Bonus points for empiricism or more 'objective' factors)
