Having patience is mature.

If you're referring to me, I'm not even /close/ to patient. I said the reason I started was cuz I was bored right? Y'know why I continued? I was bored. It was basically just whenever I had nothing to do, I used it to keep myself entertained a bit. Also, to be fair I had relatively fast process. Sentience in a day, tulpish by day three, another tulpa in, what, two weeks? And right after that possession and vocality. Seriously, you could say they were "completed" in a month.

I'm tellin' ye, Colonel. These kids and their super tuppers nowehdeys...

Haha. I don't throw accusations around, because I can't in any way know, but I've always had this same thought. It seemed like every other new kid on .info had a fully vocal, halfway imposed Tupper within the first few days. Pushing eight or something months myself, so I guess their 'insta-noodle tulperers' always just made me think I was doing it wrong, and it pissed me off in that regard.

But whatever, nearly there anyway, time isn't consequential.

LOL XD You guys make me feel guilty. If it makes anything better I've hadn't had substantial progress in a while, and the only reason everything was way fast at the beginning was cuz of my whole "dis ish kewl" mindset that didn't even register the fact that, hey, I'm making a freaking person inside my freaking head and all these freaking people might be messin' with me. And as goes for possession, I'm just one of those who's tulpa got possession down before vocality (I realize I said possession and vocality like they came at the same time, in reality vocality took like two times longer, pretty much the whole month time frame I gave). It's not like she can full-body possess either, it's only the arms, and we've got nothing in the imposition realm. ... but yeah, relatively fast :P

Now that I think about it, Zer0.. I remember when you joined .info.. I'm not sure if I'd registered yet, but then, I was floating around anonymously for a good while before I took any initiative.. Anyway, were you the one at the dentist? Started out of boredom at the dentist, I think. And like, a day later, I checked back to see what shenanigans you could have been up to to have irritated me, and you'd supposedly gotten like, day two vocality in your school's library or something!

Haha, don't know what it was specifically, but those early moments of your PR just rubbed me in every wrong way.. But I guess that's me being judgmental of all the noobs. I probably wrote off anyone who was working on imposition in under ten days as a roleplayer. Shallow in hindsight, but yenno. I don't know what I'm getting at here.. Anyway, I always wondered if you were just so eager for results, that you just created them yourself, in the earlier stages. I remember going through that a couple months back. Then, I was being told to trust anything that popped into my head could have very well been Miriam, so I'm probably the gullible one here.. Got over that, though, and not even a week ago, got her legitimately speaking..

Anyway, I've created a point to this. Did you ever sit down, and realize it was all just you? Not saying it was, but I do think a lot of the new kids are eager for response and orchestrate it all themselves, then mentally block out their intentions like I did. But yeah, you ever wind up going through something like that? Ever look back, and realize that they weren't actually there for a good while after you'd thought they were? Just curious, and pardon my rambling. Last hour of school, and crawling in my skin.

That's me, but I never got vocality at a library...? Maybe Forseen said something, but I honestly don't remember him ever talking until Muse could. Vocality did take the longest, and I finally got it (sorta) when Muse learned how to type. I did a lot of parroting at the beginning to give my tulpas a boost, but the most I actually got from them was tulpish when I started. The only thing I got super fast was sentience, I think I got it by day two or three... I probably thought two, but really did get some strong response on day three. Freaked the crap outta me XD

And I'd think it'd rub most people the wrong way, I was a really big noob XD Hopefully I'm less noobish now. Like I said though we've got nothing when it comes to imposition, I find it hard to believe if someone can impose within a week or something. I find it hard to believe someone you impose in a month. Same goes for possession actually. Like I said before, as proficient as Muse is with possession, it's mainly only with my arms, and though she picked up movement within a day of me trying, it took us a few more days until she could actually like, do stuff (instead of you know, twitching my fingers or something... lol). If you go by that rate, in a week you could have maybe two body parts down. So when you've got hands, arms, feet, legs, neck, mouth, tongue, torso, voice, eyes, etc, etc... it should take a bit. Especially to get good at it and move properly (Muse tried walking a few times... she walks like she's drunk XD).

As for your question, I purposely created that hallucination. Like I said, I parroted my tulpa a lot when I started, and I was conscious I was parroting them. However, with my easily persuaded mind, even with this knowledge it was easy for me to pretend I was actually talking to someone, which resulted in the fast sentience. After I got the sentience, on day three or something, I don't even remember, I literally quit the parroting cold turkey. Instead I just narrated, talked and see if I could hear a response. All I could get was tulpish for the longest of time. If it wasn't for Muse and her typing abilities I have no idea how long it would've taken.
