The Tulpa Diaries board is a place where you can keep a record of your progress with your tulpas, for your convenience. It's not required, but if you wish to keep a diary and share your journey with others, this is a good place to do it. Keep these pointers in mind:


* This is not your personal blog about your life. Write about your forcing sessions and tulpas, not about your vacation with your family.
* Only one thread per host and their tulpas. Tulpas can also update the diary, if they want to.
* Your entries are public. Anyone and everyone can see and comment to them.
