From your own perspective and opinions, what's the best way to go about it?

Yup. So where do I start?

Well, you start by picking something that you want to do. And then you do that. Meanwhile, you can also do other tulpa-related things.
Here's a list of things to do:
- Personality
- Form
- Narration
- Parroting/puppeting (if you're feeling lucky/Fedey)
Personally, I think the above method is the best because basically everyone follows it and get good results, so have fun.

Is there a way to just go BALLS TO THE WALL and just wing it and have whatever will turn up turn up?
i.e. making a tulpa with 0 input into what it'll be like?

Just keep thinking "I'm gonna make a tulpa!" without going into specifics about what it'll be. Something will pop up.

This guide is only for those with hyper advanced 4 legged big toed thoughtforms. For the rest of us, the process is more like.
Imagine some basic personality of thing you would like. Pick a form of thing you like because it's forever. Talk to thing. Let it talk back. Have many conversations about your deep seated mental challenges. At no point are you to feel lonely or bored. Always have fun with it. Next step is putting the horn in it. Then imposing it. Then letting the thing move your body. Then slowly fade away from the earthly reality as you enter your own hedonistic fantasies.
And that's what christmas is all about sharly brown.
