I fixed a long-standing issue related to database encoding which was resulting in some old posts to not display. The fix was quite invasive, so let me know if you see any issues.

Incidentally, one of the posts which was previously not displaying is this handy guide - https://tulpanetwork.com/network/8/how-to-forum/ - which explains a few of the forum's mods. You all know about subaccounts already, but the BBCode tags might be news. (Currently the 'hide' BBCode button doesn't display on non-default themes, but now you know how to write the tags, so no need for that I guess).
