So I've sustained 205 with 2150 cal per day. Thatseems reasonable.

I can remove 500 calories from that and still sustain 205. That's unreasonable.

I'm counting every calorie. So a while back I was at 1250/day and lost weight through to 195. I will try this again.

You're too obsessed with weight and calories. It's all bogus.
Truth is nobody can tell you what happens with the theoretical caloric energy of food within your body. How much is truly metabolized, incorporated, used in anabolic pathways, eaten by gut flora or excreted is highly variable. Genetics, hormones and stuff. I'm sure you know. Generally highly processed goyslop food has more calories that end up in fat than complex fibrous raw ingredients that actually take the body effort to break down. When I made host live on 600-800 kcal I was surprised how much food that was. Because it was all vegetables and mushrooms. Eat 2000 kcal of vegetables and see if you sustain your weight.

This is by no means a flex, I have a computer from 2019 that's my main computer at home, it's great, fast, reliable, just reloaded it after the main hard drive was getting issues, and it's better than ever. Win 10 of course. Runs Rimworld just fine.

It's not compatible with win 11, don't even care. Security? Ha! I used win 7 on my old computer even as late as last year. I got virus protection.

Well, the video card is a 1080, yes, that old, and to play a demo, I had to download the latest Nvidia driver, it bugged it out. Anyway, had to roll back, tried that, it turns out that was a bad idea. I couldn't even get into windows after. FML. Also turns out f8 doesn't work on win10, you need to be in windows to restart in safe mode, wtf? I hate this retarded fuck shit. Or you have to hard reset it 3 times. Fucking why not spin on my heals and tap my ruby red slippers together you fuck shits. Anyway, that worked, was able to restore point and it was ok.

New computer is probably $3500-5000, stupid. Turns out building your own rig is stupid because it's a glitchfest and they write custom drivers for a reason. I don't know how to write custom drivers. Luckily I have money but seriously, this is stupid.

The German car is doing fine after 400 miles or so, still ok. Surprised.

Our PC is from 2006 and runs Win7. But it's not connected to the internet for obvious reasons. We have 2 more modern laptops. Still older than yours. Running Linux.

I never understood this. What are people doing with their hard drives? I can't remember host ever having a failing drive. Ram sticks yes, once  motherboard. But not once a hard drive. Even the 20 year old ones still run fine.

I don't think it has to be a new computer for 5K unless you want a 5090 for 'reasons' which costs half of that alone. Also rimworld is a native linux game and should run fine on something like ubuntu. Unless you need some fancy software that only runs on Windows (which is why we have the ancient PC), I see no reasons to buy a new computer every 2 years because Microsoft says so.

Host has been playing with the idea to get a new computer for years but I have been able to shut that off so far. There's no reason to. We play no video games so why? Ask yourself if a laptop isn't a better idea. You can use it everywhere and don't have to sit in a dark room indoors in great weather.

Let's see, I have some nudes on my computer that I used to draw 18yold Ren topless, and similarly I drew 22yrold Ashley completely nude but no one ever saw that one. With their claimed ages now I wouldn't even know how to get references and I'm sure they're probably illegal anyway.

I think there may be a few pictures of myself but fully clothed because I wanted to draw myself with my system but that never happened and at this point never will. I have nevet sent anyone nor even taken nudes of myself or exgf even though she said I could. Why? No thanks.
