Alice doesn't get what happened with Yulya but concludes she is fine and writes it off as one of her magic shenanigans. Finally able to move, Alice charges South next to Cat, passing her the net. She moves to Yulya's position while Yulya circles the bugbear to set up a flank. Alice attacks the bugbear with an unarmed strike as bonus action. With her Crusher feat, she pushes him 5ft NW into the ball bearings.

Should the unarmed strike miss, Alice will make another unarmed strike as bonus action with Flurry of Blows for 1 Ki point. After the bugbear is pushed, Alice moves 5ft N and sets up a flank with Yulya.  She will assist Cat in netting the bugbear as her main action.

Cat, you're the only one who can use the net! We gotta immobilize this guy!

Yulya shakes off the odd sensation of being revived and continues, She whirls around the bugbear and moves S of him again without leaving his reach.
If the bugbear is moved 5ft Yulya will mirror his movements so she has set up a flank with Alice when she attacks. Then she casts Toll the Dead on him.

Cat watches in disbelief how Yulya is struck down and revives. Pinned by the intimidation she finds herself unable to attack further and bestows more temporal HP on Ashley.
As Alice hands her the net and moves into position, Cat throws the net at the bugbear over Alice who helps her to entangle the target

Cat bestows more temporal HP on Ashley.

[Temporary HP 2d6=4][Ashley is now -1]

[DEATH SAVE 1d20=7 her second saving throw is unsuccessful, she needs two more to stabilize and will die if she fails two times before succeeding three times.]

Yulya whirls around the bugbear and moves S of him again without leaving his reach.

[Recall that you were prone, which means you lose half your movement to stand up. If you still have wings then I presume you can fly directly if you have headroom but I'll allow it here. So you can accomplish this move using 10ft. Also, your concentration was broken so Bless is no longer in effect.]

Alice charges South next to Cat, passing her the net.

[This used 20ft of your move]

Alice moves to Yulya's previous position after Yulya circles the bugbear to set up a flank.

[This used 30ft of your move]

Alice attacks the bugbear with an unarmed strike as bonus action. With her Crusher feat, she pushes him 5ft NW into the ball bearings.

[You cannot push an enemy in any direction; the action only allows you to push them directly away from you, but I would allow you to push to a square to the right or left of the square that is in a direct line. You would need to move around the creature to push the creature. Thankfully crusher feat allows you to move him to any position so it's not a push, it's a grab and move. It only requires that you hit, so no strength check like a shove.]

[HIT unarmed with flank vs AC18 1d20+EB1d4+5=(20,9)][DMG 1d6+3=5]

The hit connects and the beast is grabbed and moved onto the ball bearings.

[DEX vs DC10 1d20+2=8] The Bugbear Commander slips on the bearings and falls prone.

If the bugbear is moved 5ft Yulya will mirror his movements so she has set up a flank with Alice when she attacks. Then she casts Toll the Dead on him.

[Presuming he moved 5ft NW, you can also move 5ft NW since you made a hop over him 10ft directly south with your wings.]

Yulya is able to get where she wanted to go and casts her spell.

[WIS vs DC15 1d20+1=15]

The bugbear commander saves the spell.

As Alice hands her the net and moves into position, Cat throws the net at the bugbear over Alice who helps her to entangle the target.

[the Help action allows a creature to grant advantage on an ability check or attack roll to an ally. To use the Help action, a creature must use its action on its turn and be within 5 feet of the target or creature they are assisting. This negates Cat's disadvantage due to intimidation. I would have just had Alice throw it with her action instead of using it for help, it would have been a +3 instead of +1 and Cat could have shot an arrow though with disadvantage, but ok. Even though the Bugbear Commander is prone, and that would give advantage, advantage does not stack it can only cancel Cat's disadvantage, so additionally Alice could have had advantage and it would have succeeded easier.]

[Edit:Take into account proficiency and it would have been a wash but Cat would have still had an action left. Also the fact that the net is always at disadvantage means Alice might have had disadvantage if the commander wasn't prone but I wouldn't have known that and I don't like that anyway. Nets should have a valid range. I would allow a net to be placed without disadvantage at 5ft but we'll leave the rules as is for now. In that case, given the circumstances, you gave up an action with help that you didn't need to but you didn't know that at the time because he may not have been prone.]

[Ranged HIT NET vs AC18 1d20+3+EB1d4=17] Cat fumbles and the net falls just shy of the target.

Bugbear 5 notes the action but has his own issues, he attacks Nixie again.

[HIT A(pack tactics) vs AC12 1d20+4(A)=(9,14)][DMG 2d6+2=6]

Beatrice tries once again to grip onto the bugbear.

[GRAPPLE vs DC12 1d20+2=17] She succeeds, Bugbear 5 is grappled, and attempts to sting. [HIT (A) vs AC16 1d20+4=(CM,8)] Her stinger fails to penetrate his armor.

Nixie is nearly downed but not out yet, she sets up a pounce.

[HIT [A] CLAW vs AC16 1d20+4=(12,10)] But once again fails to hit the slippery bugbear

The Bugbear Commander gets back up and still in disbelief of the miraculous resurrection of his previous opponent, he concentrates on the next one, Alice.

[HIT A (pack tactics) vs AC13 1d20+10=(CR,CM)][DMG (3d12+7+1d10 Ruthless)x2=60-1d10+6=13 deflect=47] He critically hits Alice and her attempt at deflection was not enough to stop it, he cleaves her in two, destroying her mining outfit and helmet. She removed 13 points of damage but still succumb to the hit and fell into two puddles, losing her semblance of humanity.

Alice is unconscious at -23HP, is auto stabilized, has a wound on her left knee, this will effect movement by -5FT, and is exhausted lvl1. She would have died, she failed her death saving throw, but she is immune to death. However, she will then have to recover the full HP deficit.]

As part of the Bugbear Commander's turn he takes a waterskin from his belt and drinks it with his use action.

[Heal 2d4+4=8] He is healed for 8HP.

Using Multi-Attack, he disengages as a bonus action with Yulya, moves carefully out of the ball bearings and attacks Cat while maintaining 10ft distance with his companion and uses pack tactics for advantage.

[This is a special ability of the commander that pack tactics extends 10ft.]

[HIT A (pack tactics) vs AC16 1d20+10=(16,14)][DMG (3d12+7)/2=14]

His hit is true but he impressed that Cat could block half the damage.

[Cat is no longer intimidated. Just so you know, you are losing this battle, your chances of success have decreased to less than 33%, reviving Ashley will help but it may not be enough. Consider your moves carefully.

On the other hand...]

[Note: Ashey would need -13 and fail a death save to be killed outright, given the intent to kill friendly, I have normally not allowed this, but in this case I will allow it. A hit would be automatically critical, considering a death saving throw is a personal choice of the one rolling it, it is always acceptable to autofail, in essence, Ashley chooses to leave the body if only temporarily.]

Though Yulya knows Alice cannot die she also knows her friend will not revive anytime soon let alone participate in this battle. Yulyas face turns pale due to this loss and the damage Cat took. Things cannot go on like this and the plan to immobilize the bugbear commander has failed!

Yulya moves behind the monster and again attacks it with INFLICT WOUNDS in flank with Cat. Then she uses BALM OF PEACE as bonus action to heal all of her companions. This should bring Ashley back on her feet.

With or without Ashley Yulya blocks the path of the bugbear commander preventing him to follow Cat
fall back and attack from range! Make sure he doesn't get you!
