We only learned about it by chance shortly before going to sleep, didn't see the liftoff but the re-entry. Amazing footage, I didn't know it was possible to transmit the entire descent. If Mr. Bear looks West this evening, shortly after sunset, he can see 3 planets aligned in a row. Jupiter, Venus and Mercury. The first two are extremely prominent in the night sky, but Mercury is basically invisible to the naked eye because it is so close to the sun. Maybe you could see it with a sunset over the sea where the horizon is unobstructed. I did manage to find Mercury in a photo with the 300mm telephoto lens host took just before it went beyond the horizon About 1h after sunset. Well it's a tiny white dot, duh. But Venus is magnificent near the horizon. Huge!
