are you going treasure hunting in mid combat again? we cant help you if this a dead end and the bugbears corner you in there. the again you can probably just outrun them. yeah we will do as Tamamo said.  is Yulya at 10ft flying height again? thats imortant. is she within reach of the clone next to her or can she gtfo without an opportunity attack?

I'll allow whatever height you wanted

10ft then. Just want to be clear that Yulya doesn't get opportunity-attacked.
Alright let's roll. Each one attacks one image.

that was confusing we assumed Ashley was back bc M3gan doesnt talk. and she speaks in Ashleys color. and that she couldnt possess the body bc she was busy with controlling everything. whatever. she will have to punch the image assigned to her. will the cats follow orders or are they useless now?

They somehow know to attack enemies

Huh?
I also thought that was Ashley because of the blue text. Well, Cat doesn't get the whole M3gan thing anyway. If it looks like Ashley and smells like Ashley, it's Ashley.

Heh, I love Cat's attitude.
Let's see where my heroic run for the door leads me! I hope it isn't just the broom closet, that would be embarrassing

You are faced with two bugbears guarding two innocent girls, they're controlled by an unseen enemy, do you...

A)Attack them against all odds
B)Run and regroup
C)Try to rescue the girls
D)Run into a broom closet

Yo I read nothing about them guarding the girls or being controlled by Nezzer. There is no sign they're not capable of making their own decision and it loks like they're here to guard their boss not the girls

do you...

A)Attack them against all odds
B)Run and regroup
C)Try to rescue the girls
D)Run into a broom closet
Oh, I'm sorry, was I not speaking comprehensible English?
I D) run into a broom closet.

Why?
A)Attack them against all odds
I'm not a Barbarian like Cat who can pull that off. The bugbears alone will tear me apart before I can do any significant damage, even expending all my Ki points and the e badger ring. And there's the invisible nigger who can easily off me from the distance with high tier magic while I'm busy. That's an idiot hero adventurer move. I am neither. Plus this is exactly what the enemy (DM) expects. Lastly I just gave a motivational speech to make them question their loyalty. I can't attack them immediately afterwards.

B)Run and regroup
That's plan B, but not a good plan B.

C)Try to rescue the girls
How am I supposed to do that? I can't even pick up one of them and run, let alone two.

D)Run into a broom closet
Yes.
I'm sure Nezzer's hiding in the broom closet making his voice appear like he's still in the main room.

Look, if this interferes with your scripted event too much, you can simply have him lock the door with magic. In this case i will use plan B. That is, run out and lure the bugbears to the bulette and bird friends. Once they're away from the girls, I'll firebomb them. The mayhem should attract the monsters while I gtfo. But I prefer the heroic broom closet path. Monk Subclass: Warrior of the Broom Closet

If it wasn't for the girls, I would have set everything on fire, the bedrolls and packs. The smoke would have swiftly solved the problem while I non-breathe for an hour until everyone else is dead.

hey it worked-somehow. now what? you gotta go for the boss!
also wtf man that fireball would have killed both Yulya and Cat. we gotta end this quickly. even if it costs time Cat should attack physically. if she misses we got a problem.

I didn't think the furry nigger could reach and attack me here. Yeah, I think I'm gonna have some fun now with my not-so-invisible friend now.

But I don't recommend sending Cat East. She's gonna have to deal with the real spellcaster and the ghoul too. She's a good marksman with that crossbow.

Yes, Yulya and Cat may have been killed just then. 8d8 is a lot.

Instead RNG gods had them both crit and I don't believe you should take damage if you crit on a saving throw.
