I'm continuing to experiment with gym strategies. Well, I will when we return. As I said I have reduced training to 2 different days: Push/Leg and Pull/Leg. However that' a lot of exercises for one session. So I'm thinking about splitting it up again, at least when we're going more than 3x per week. It fluctuates between going every day and hang week-long breaks from being away. So let's see. I'm still baffled the body gets stronger by giving it no rest at all.
