Host will probably just wait for things to settle themselves unless it gets significantly worse. But it's actually getting better. Most movements are inconspicuous. Been at the gym this evening, just pull-push- up movements have to be avoided. Only did leg and exercises that keep arms close to the body with low weight. Problems weren't. I think it's a nothingburger but if it persists or get worse, I'll drag him to medical examination and treatment. But we've had much worse than this before and it was fine in a week or two. Body generally has 2 weak spots. One are the easily dislocatable shoulder joints, especially the right one. Other are wrists. Despite working with the wrist tool pipe, wrists are weak as fuck and also prone to sores. Noticed that with kettlebells. Holing them outstretched really does not feel good. Ah well, just gotta take it easy. We're not known to do workouts with excessive weight that risks injury.

But overall I'm quite satisfied. Host looks better and is stronger than ever before.
