2.5 weeks off
I was down for shoulders, overhead and chest about 5-10%
But triceps were good, I am so close to 100 per side.
Bench needs a lot of work, I tried to think, what's missing, chest is nearly 200, 2 triceps nearly 200, but bench is low. The only thing I can imagine is shoulders.
I was 225 on bench once upon a time, but that was bar, the highest I ever did with bench freeweights was 160, still have some work to get there, I'm wondering if bench with freeweights is even safe with 100 in each hand. So we'll see how that goes, I need a way that trains shoulders better so bench is easier. I don't want to be doing barely 6 with huge weight that could go south fast.
Felt good to be back, I've been "resting" for three weeks so I got tired after an hour and a half instead of 2 and a half.
