Excellent!
But don't overdo it. You don't want your stitches to rip open and your guts to spill on the floor. It's rude. Think of the other gym-goers!

Today, I did 2 sets of lunges and then my quads said nope and I couldn't do any more without cramping so 2 it is!

This is because I'm living on 1200 calories. I guess I ran out of no cramp juice.

My shoulders still hate bench, fuck bench.

What's your goal?

Was dumb and skipped leg day in favor of push-pull lately. Legs are still laughably weak. The body can do at least 3/4 of the weight stack on most machines - except legs. It's odd. Somehow the body excels at walking long distances without leg strength.

No, the no cramp juice is probably made worse by ketosis. I'm in ketosis even after eating.

My goal is flipping 195 but I'm like 203 rn. It went up over the Hollidays ffs it's almost summer.

Will get there, no choice not to.

I am always the same weight 70±2 kg
Missed the last opportunity for a DEXA scan in March, I hope I can make one in June to see how body fat and muscle mass developed compared to a year ago. It was shortly after I made that 2 weeks Fasting Mimicking Diet with 800 kcal per day and I had 68 kg. Now I am around 72. I do think I look significantly more muscular than a year ago but I don't spend hours watching myself in a mirror naked bc No Homo.

You can achieve this [pic below] with a LOT OF WORK!

I didn't get to this level because 3 hours a day 3/5 wasn't enough. It's serious effort and thos huy is probably 6' 230lbs

However, I have looked 80% of that if I'm being conservative. The girls loved it bruh.

Rn? Eh... I'm making gains every month, I don't have 3 hours a day 3 of every 5 days so no. 60% is my goal, but honestly I look okay now.

>healthy

Yeah, note you can't even really see his six-pack well, this boy's got 16-20% bodyfat as nature intended.

I have a better 6-pac than this guy

>gym bros there every day

This fat old guy is there always. He's the faggot that got in my lane in the pool. Fucking wastes time talking to everyone, got a weight belt anf compression on every limb. Fat like a blueberry.

Hiking week produed near-zero soreness. Pretty cool! We did one insane hike because host was an idiot and missed the bus that was supposed to take us back so we literally had to hike twice the distance we intended. Even ran to still catch the bus but barely missed it. We saw it depart. Of course that's all his fault, not mine.
The cool thing is that the body gets stronger the longer we hike. Sort of a runner's high. We didn't run back but almost. Hiked back in half the time it took us to get there and weren't even exhausted or tired afterwards. It wasn't extreme but probably around 20km in relatively flat terrain. Still several hundred meters up and down through narrow forest paths. Wouldn't do it again.

We've been very disciplined gym visitors this spring, almost going every 2nd day but that came to an end over the summer. Either we're away or it's too hot. It's not extreme but around 30°C exercising isn't fun. I drastically reduced weight today so we could do anything at all. The gym doesn't have any AC so it's generally hotter inside than outdoor in summer. Temperatures will drop sharply next week so I guess we can lift more often.

I've achieved 100lbs on each arm for so many exercises, all pull, and yet on a few only 50 each arm, specifically overhead, side pull down, and shoulder exercises. So that's where I'm concentrated. To give a sense of how far I've come, when I first did side lateral rise last fall, it was 10lbs per hand, now I can comfortably do full nice form with 35 and beast mode 50

For triceps, I was at 60lbs in February and now I have good form at 100 each but it really strains the wrists so I'm working wrists, I'm up to 40 on the wind up thing I made and switching to 50 soon. I bet I could do 50, so I'll try.

I also got a hand strength trainer, got 125lb grip strength on the scale tester.
