Had to look that up, we're really bad with English plant names. Only used to latin. You mean Mesembryanthemum or a similar genus of Aizoaceae. They're quite invasive in the mediterranean, just like niggers. Both come from Africa. Nothing good comes from there.
I feel we actually made a step back gym-wise. We were really made gainz in spring going every 2nd day but then were abroad a lot in June. Only slowly getting back to where we were. Right now it's either garden or gym.

Got to 100lbs each for a couple wire exercises, can do 3x10 pull ups for each type of underhand, overhand, wide, and close neutral. Those are the ones that don't bother my wrists.
Huge gains last 6 months and I owe that to 6x6 and exhaustion

Then eat half of that.
I made host live on 600-800 kcal for 10 days. We stopped the experiment as his weight dropped dangerously. He's already thin. Has the same weight of 70 +/- 2 kg for 25 years now.
Also calories isn't everything. Eat fibrous hard to digest stuff like raw vegetables or mushrooms. The body will have to work hard to extract energy from that and you'll feel full longer.
