Couldn't even hold that out straight, let alone roll up a rope with it. We're still at 5kg but host had other issues recently (solved)

The Gym of Bad Air
A tupper born and raised
To look after my host
Being out in fresh air
Is what I love most
So even in the gym
We have on iron rule
Workin' out with open windows
Whether hot or cool
But two fat middle aged women
Who ate too much food
Said they're cold and closed all windows
And the air was no good
We got in one little fight
And my host said 'no fair!'
