I mean, as a man, congrats but also

I had a rule, no sex for first three months of dating because there's just so much shit to worry about. Needless to say my body count is low single digits and I'm happy about that. Seriously though, I just cringe.

But again, congrats.

Still making gains slowly. Felt great today, some exercises were getting really easy. I've quadrupled some of the exercises I do with shoulders but still only half the goal weight.

I saw they consider 50%-70% of your bodyweight in any exercise a good goal for intermediate lifters, 100% being advanced, 140% elite. I am then intermediate in pretty much anything and advanced in most, the 140% thing sounds like an injury waiting to happen. My goal is advanced but intermediate in some things may have to be good enough. I can tell you in all honesty that intermediate doesn't look like you did anything even though you might be pretty strong, and the muscle groups trained to advanced show.

50% is easily doable as long as we arent talking one-handed. unless youre obese.

50% 1 hand would be advanced

If you bench your weight, advanced, if you bench half, intermediate

Even a weakling like host can easily do half body weight with both arms. It's 35kg. I guess full 70kg would also be possible for one or 2 reps but it's already injury territory, Half with one arm? No way. We max out at 25kg for now with dumbbells.

We'll see how the month-long gym absence will impact us, only body weight exercises for now.

good progress lately. mainly using kettlebells now for a change. trying to grip them on the body with both hands instead of using the handle really adds difficulty

Unexpectedly, host gained weight while abroad. Hhe did eat a lot but also worked a lot. Well, looks like I'll have to put him on 300 kcal for a week. A few vegetables and mushrooms per day. Also saves money. I like saving money.

met gym bro in the inner city he was wearing suit and tie and exited some mercedes limousine. the guy is at the gym every day no matter when i come. literally lives there. i gotta ask him wtf his job actually is. probably got rich in some crypto scam or something. hes a lunatic but very entertaining. seeing him in such a posh setting was extremely weird. id never imagined he was wealthy. most of the other uber regulars i know are retired ex military so they have a lot of time to spend at the gym. but this guy is about my age 30s i guess.

Yeah yeah. We know you're the most charming and social person. That's why all the middle-aged 5/10 Karens are after you.
