But doctors can't see me!
Host will probably just wait for things to settle themselves unless it gets significantly worse. But it's actually getting better. Most movements are inconspicuous. Been at the gym this evening, just pull-push- up movements have to be avoided. Only did leg and exercises that keep arms close to the body with low weight. Problems weren't. I think it's a nothingburger but if it persists or get worse, I'll drag him to medical examination and treatment. But we've had much worse than this before and it was fine in a week or two. Body generally has 2 weak spots. One are the easily dislocatable shoulder joints, especially the right one. Other are wrists. Despite working with the wrist tool pipe, wrists are weak as fuck and also prone to sores. Noticed that with kettlebells. Holing them outstretched really does not feel good. Ah well, just gotta take it easy. We're not known to do workouts with excessive weight that risks injury.

But overall I'm quite satisfied. Host looks better and is stronger than ever before.

Last time I checked this was like 2023 after not going to the gym for years due to covid. I was 210lbs and the estimate was 22% from the 3-site skinfold test. That means 46 lbs of fat.

So after years of working out again, feeling really strong and now sustainably 195, I checked again. I noted I can begin to see my rib muscles and my abs are decent, I feel light. I figured 18% and that seemed reasonable. I was 14 dude, that's crazy. That's 27 lbs of fat. So I gained 3 lbs of lean body mass despite losing 15 lbs. My mind is blown.

Mr. Bear obsessing over naked men again...
I have no idea if you can reliably measure body fat with skinfolds. A lot hides in organs as visceral adipose tissue which you can't see. The full body DEXA scan which is as accurate as it gets last November said 16.6% body fat.

So I had host talk to the physiotherapist at the gym and he made him do a number of exercises to determine where the discomfort in the right shoulder comes from. It's mainly noticeable when stretching out the arm in front of you and pushing up. Yes, like a Hitler salute. The physiotherapist concluded it's indeed a nothingburger and I should avoid exercises like that for a few weeks. So no Hitler salutes for now.

Before-after, comparison.

Even if it's 13-16% after 20-26% before, there is no denying that there is less fat, and I am getting comments from men

I am getting comments from men
Which, I assume, was the sole purpose of your whole ordeal?

Based and blackpilled

Shooting large calibers wasn't the best for the shoulder, at least now its clear why it hurts. The previous mild pain is almost gone however.

195, 6'3 realistically barefoot or bearfoot, 1875 calories average for the 37 average American days since I hit 195. max has been 198, min has been 193.5

I generally check my weight, every day when I wake up, and when I get home from day job. If I'm 195-196, I have a 600 cal snack. and my regular 1200-1300 dinner. On days where I'm working really hard, it's been as high as 2600 calories, so rarely obviously.

Looking good as always, feeling great.
