I am digging out >20 cu.yards of dirt and rocks for "raised" garden. Gotta go almost 2ft under to get the depth given the barrier and other stuff, the retaining wall will be only 18 in tall. I want about 40in depth at the middle.
It's weird host is basically doing the same thing. Well, it's not a raised bed but a huge dug out trench with a mesh barrier on the sides and ground against voles. The soil needs to be replaced every 2 years or diseases will infest the plants. It's a huge ordeal that involves moving at least 10m³ of heavy soil for a distance of about 25m and back. Well, we all know he's crazy. I wish we could show you what he's doing, but then you could easily dox him. Haa, we have so many cool things we can't talk about...

Posting was delayed due to unusually high loli activity over the weekend. I suffered 2 levels of exhaustion.
We went swimming and it was insane. The girl is not only a decent runner, but excels at swimming. I'm not a particularly good swimmer and rarely swim longer distances. Not a good combination. Since I was responsible for the loli, and dozens of people drown each weekend in Germany, I needed to keep up with her. Which proved near impossible. Why do kids have so much energy? I thought I needed her to rescue me after a few minutes. We forcefully rested, the body adapted to the emergency situation, and things improved. It still was crazy. We swam across a small lake in both directions. Probably 1km. In total a mile probably as we didn't take a straight path. Her mom said this was fine (and didn't go into the water at all as she felt sick). It certainly wasn't fine for me. The water was deep, murky, and I'd have no chance to rescue her if things went South. I barely survived myself. Good thing I never develop cramps or I probably wouldn't be posting here anymore. This is why Alice actually dislikes swimming. It's one of the easiest methods to kill yourself in an everyday situation. I was glad we made it to the shore again. We ate, played some games, and then the loli decided - to do the same thing again. Mfw. As the loli wasn't allowed to go alone for obvious reasons and Bernd as professional lolimancer cannot disappoint a girl, of course I went. It surprisingly was easier than the first round, I didn't feel stressed or out of breath.

But things were far from over. My troubles handn't even begun. We went home in the early evening, the loli went to sleep exhausted from the day, and so did I as I was beat. But not for long...
I thought I'd rest for an hour or so as Alice still had to post in the campaign, but after a short while I was struck with increasing pain in the shoulder muscles, mostly trapezius. It gradually spread to chest and even stomach, but shoulders were the worst. I can't remember when I last experienced acute muscle soreness. Probably in the military. Never from a gym session.Very rarely mild delayed onset muscle soreness in the same region, but nothing like this.

Within a few hours I reached a level of shoulder soreness I had not experienced in my entire life. It was so bad that laying down was impossible. It was better while standing or sitting, but even then it was only bearable while walking in circles. I'm not the most pain-tolerant person, but this was out of this world. Last time I was in such pain was after the removal of my wisdom teeth. I actually went outside for a walk at night as sleeping was impossible. Could barely sleep all night, it was horrible. As suddenly as the pain had set in, it completely disappeared in the morning. This was probably from lactic acid that had accumulated and was processed overnight, not microtraumata which would take longer to heal. Again interesting, I was neither tired nor was there any pain or weakness though I carried heavy stuff at work.

What do we learn from this?
Certainly my gym sessions, even with Alice, are little more than glorified warm-ups. I know it. I'd have to do the same exercise for an hour without any breaks to reach the same strain. Also it was an unusual movement as I don't swim for prolonged times. There's apparently no gym exercise I do which emulates swimming. I'm still proud the body regenerated within a (sleepless) night and was fit again 12h later. The loli of course had no soreness and could probably do this every day. Feels old man. Though it wouldn't have been better when I was her age. My stamina was terrible as a kid. I have more strength and endurance than ever before. It's not great, but still better than before.

I skipped the first two paragraphs, unnecessary backstory in my thread should get a warning from the mods. But as we know the moderation on this site is lax. This isn't the thread for trauma dumping.

As for your issues, you need PT. Stop the complaining and see a physical therapist.

Moderation is in fact - nonexistent.
But if you want another one of your threads deleted, this can be arranged.

>PT
Maybe you skip less paragraphs and actually read what we write?
I said we went to the gym physiotherapist and he said it was a nothingburger and host should stop being a faggot. This and the swimming soreness are completely unrelated. The shoulder pain, likely from dumb sleeping position involved the proximal tendons of the biceps brachii which resulted in discomfort and mild pain under load in very specific push-motions. Took a few weeks but is gone. The swimming acute muscle soreness mostly affected the superior trapezius and was severe even at rest because of lactic acid buildup. But over after a few hours, which was the actual surprise. I imagined the body would be sore for days after that swimming ordeal.

Unc told me you know you're old when you go to bed feeling ok and wake up in pain.

Unc was younger when he said that then I am now. He needed PT too ig.

If you want to delete my threads, pls do not feel hindered by me or what you think I would think. This information is hard coded in Bear mindspace, this thread is not for me.

But no one wants to read Berndspeak. This thread is for testosterone building not beta maxing.
