Yulya exhales in relief as she speaks a silent prayer to the Goddesses.
Welcome back Ashley! It looks like the end of our battle is near - one way or the other!

Yulya is surprised by yet another unforeseen situation.
We need to take out the caster before we get overwhelmed! Everyone attacks one of them. Cat and me will deal with the ones far South and East!
Ashley can you summon another Cat or even a wasp and attack image2 in the West? Have Olga and Nixie deal with image 1 and 5!

Yulya casts Sacred Flame on image 4 leaving image3 for Cat. If the caster is revealed Yulya tries to fly to a position that gives her cover. Preferably she tries to move closer to the tunnel West.
Ashley! What about the Whistle? Can we track Nezzer with it?

Cat forgot to distribute her THP!What about the extra radiant damage of my Celestial Revelation? Balm of Peace is not exactly an attack. And I guess I cannot fly up again at the end of my Balm of Peace movement because it is not flying.

Cats massive injuries also have not escaped Yulya. Something needs to be done. Before Cat an strike the zombies Yulya flies up to Ashley and utilizes Channel Divinity - Balm of Peace
She touches both Alice Ashley and Cat. She nimbly moves between the zombies radiating her healing energy on both friend and foe - except for the ghouls. The cats also get a healing before Yulya retreats again (see map in meta)

Yulya is shocked how little the 'death' of her comrade moves her. She has faith in Ashleys return to life later but still speaks a prayer to Eldath SheShe and the Mechatherial Goddess.
I am sorry to be a bother but we really could use some help now please!

Yulya flies up 10ft out of the reach of zombies and ghouls and tries to determine the origin of the voice. Is it coming from above? Or is it the 'girl' at he throne?
Cat can you locate the enemys position?



In case Yulya manages to locate Nezzer she casts Sacred Flame boosted with her focus and amplified with the goblin staff on him. If not she casts a normal Toll the Dead either on ghoul2 or if he is down on ghoul1

Yulya looks perplexed, not sure what to do in this situation. Since the ghouls look more alive then dead Yulya casts BLESS on Alice Ashley and Cat with Ashleys focus.  Though she cannot make much sense of Ashleys words Yulya uses Heavenly Wings and retreats 30ft southeast  to Alices previous position avoiding the discharges. With her last use of the Ring of quick casting and her last sp Yulya casts INFLICT WOUNDS on the right ghoul.  If he is still up after Alices grapple and Cats attack. Otherwise on the middle one. Amplified with the goblin staff and the radiant bonus from from her celestial revelation.

Girls PLEASE we have neither time nor strength for such nonsense!
If there is no trap, enemy or danger for the girl here I agree with Ashley we should carefully advance and search the area. But we must make sure that girl is neither dying on us nor an enemy in disguise!



Yulya casts GUIDANCE on herself and searches the area for traps. If there is nothing she tries to determine from a safe distance if the girl at the throne is really human and if she is in immediate mortal danger. If necessary she directs Alice to poke her with the pole
We must be careful! It might be another illusion or a camouflaged enemy luring us into a trap!

Yulya looks at the throne room in amazement and then to Ashley.
So this is what Sir Gundrens brothers talked about. It was here after all. Just how did you get here Ashley? There must be a passage outside. Maybe we can bypass the troublesome gentlemen above that are waiting for us...

Ashley can Nixie retrieve that girl? I do not want anyone including you to get too close to that throne. Who knows what happens when you are not possessed by the Mechatherial Demigoddess? Then again the Rockseekers told us to retrieve this Amethyst Heart. Is it even possible for a mortal? What kind of quest is this?



Yulya carefully searches the area for traps and other anomalies - apart from the obvious ones.

Seeing all other options fail and her plans fall apart Yulya helplessly follows the others to certain demise.
I hope the gods at least acknowledge our heroic deeds.



Yulya speaks a prayer to Eldath and She She and also the Mechatherial Demigoddess and follows behind the others.
Thanks for refilling my focus Ashley. I just hope this is enough...

Yulya casts LIGHT on a small rock and tosses it  into the tunnel ahead to at least provide some illumination.

Yulya looks at the aftermath of the chaos in disbelief - but not too closely due to the lynxes on steroids.
I am not entirely sure what happened but we made it somehow. Your wild magic - sure is something... I am just glad i did not cause collateral damage. Better than the grease at least.

I almost forgot - the missing girls from Phandalin Sir Toblen mentioned. What is this man up to? Can he not just live as a hermit  in a cabin in the woods like normal people?

Yulya nods
Certainly but we must not run into the enemies trap like fools. Especially not in the sad shape we are now. We have no chance against this Nezzer in an open confrontation I am afraid.

I am deeply sorry but I have no mana to spare Cat! Now would be a good time to use your greater healing potion Sir Harbin entrusted to each of us! Your injuries are severe so I think its use is justified. Even if I expend all my healing magic I probably could not get you back to full health.

Alice moves away from the dangerously boosted lynxes and inspects the rubble,looking for a small passage to squeeze through to see what's at the other side.

Yes that was odd what were they looking for here? Unfortunately I have no idea what this scaly being disguised as a drow was. Cat can you assist me in identifying it?

Yulya tries to identify the scaly being with the help of Cats primal knowledge while her rage lasts. Then she tries to find a way for Alice to squeeze through the rubble.
Alice if you can make it to the other side you could launch a surprise attack. Do what you can do best - be stealthy and cause maximum chaos and confusion!

Yulya returns to Ashley whispering to her.
I understand we must rescue the girls as fast as possible but if we rush into battle now we will all perish and save no one. So we cannot launch a frontal assault at the enemy while he is aware we are coming!  Can you raise the elevator from below so it looks like we went back up? We will then set up an ambush behind the corner in case someone comes to look what is going on. If nobody comes we advance as stealthily as possible.  If anyone have a better idea - I am all ears!

After a good start, Yulya witnesses everyone missing and Cat getting beaten to a pulp.

She panics and twins Word of Radiance with Toll the Dead boosted with all 6mp of her focus. She casts it on the bugbears amplified with her goblin staff.

Seeing what is going on there Yulya moves 30ft S and forms an Emboldening Bond between Alice and Cat.

Ashley! Nixie did great but we need more backup please!

Yulya is glad that Ashley has returned safely and - like to Alice - again explains what had happened and about the encounter with the spectator.
Good work Ashley! I am glad retrieving the elevator went well. Please also get our bags before we proceed but...

Yulya is torn between exploring the former Forge of Spells and moving on and looks at Ashley.
Looks like those 2 want to go. I also think we might find some important answers down there. But I agree we should be fully rested first. Even if those skeletons are weak in large numbers they can become a problem. And waiting here too long could get us a visit of the bulettes.



Unless Ashley fundamentally disagrees Yulya continues her rest and then sends Alice down the passage to the Forge of Spells again as scout before following with her party and checking the area for traps and other anomalies.

Yulya falls to her knees and also almost passes out just relieved the situation is resolved. at least for now.

Yulya retreats into the tent until Cats dinner is ready. While resting she first refills her mp and then the focus.
