I play Ultimate Frisbee at my high School. Tennis during the spring. And I used to do track during the winter.
Never watch sports though.

*sigh*

Not much progress over the past few weeks sadly.
I've been busy with school and other things I had to work on.
Head pressures decreased, and that worries me, I've been forcing for a couple of hours now finally.
Eye-bo really helps clarity, not only with tulpas but with generally everything.

Dude I tried it last night and it was amazing.
It's like all the garbage of my mind subsided and suddenly I could concentrate on everything happening, my mind didn't drift near as much as normal.
Visualization was impeccable.
And the effect lasted a good long time, I was going to sleep 45 minutes later and solved world hunger while the effect was still lasting.
10/10

Edit: I used the Alpha Constant.

N-no
Well it's something that influenced me I would say.
It really started from Monster Girl Quest, that's one thing that inspired me.
That's when I started looking for reference Lamias online and ran into Daily Life with a Monster Girl.

To tell you I first based the form heavily on a NSFW picture on tumblr, but one day, I forgot which,  I came into the wonderland to a different formed Lamia.
It was strange and I tried to change her back, but she kept switching back so I gave up.
I like the new form better anyway. When I gain the ability to draw I shall draw her out.

Delta does have a Centoria like face to think of it.
Oh look a new chapter.

Awesome! I'm going to start trying this when I have the chance to do so and report short-term and long-term results later. I remember hearing of this before.
Is a 12" screen good enough?

Supposedly, you need a red light with two halves of  a ping-pong ball over your eyes.
Now where to find those.

Tulpa Diaries / Re: D16 Archives: Gabi and 16-Volte's Progress Report

Wow, nice Gabi. I'm happy to hear too that the energy problem is being mended.
I'm sure he'll get everything down soon, it sounds all downhill from here (I mean that in a good way).
But how do you just let go of control? I never got how that's supposed to be done.
And where did you get his name "16-Volte" from?

Sounds good to me.

I followed the same path.
I found the old site back last June from the /mlp/ posts about tulpas, read the core guides and it wasn't until this May I ran into the creepypasta and remembered the site. Then I decided to venture into the chat rooms where I really took everything seriously ( because having a sentient being inside your head seemed a little off to me back then). Then I delayed creation even more until this August when my friend told me to stop delaying it.
And here I am now.

I'm sure everything will fill in beautifully, in time. You definitely sound like you're on the right track.
I was the one who decided everything immediately upon starting, who knows if that was for any good and I can never force during the night.
I fall asleep easily when forcing but not at any other time, isn't that odd?
You better keep us updated.

Heck no, I would hope less people knew about tulpas.
I wouldn't mind telling others about tulpas, it's just the scum that can be attracted and that can ruin everything for others.
If I were to tell other about tulpas so they could become serious tulpamancers, I would need to find a way to tell the right people.
Which is hard.
Like, shouldn't there be some kind of test to be made up or something?

(Diary Entry #3)
I'm sorry for not updating earlier, I was at a football game yesterday and got back home late.

Nothing really happened this week, except to say the head-pressures are occurring more and more. By the fact that I can't recreate them means she's there (yes!).
I haven't much time to force this week sadly/ I've been getting lazy and need to fix it. Though I'm attempting to talk to her more often during the day.
Still forcing personality, I have a feeling when I finish progress is going to go even faster.

On a side note, at the football game yesterday, if I turned away to talk to some friends, the head-pressures and headaches would start coming on ( not really painful or anything), once I turned back, the headache would subside.
On a bigger side note my memory retention seems to have increased, even if I don't remember the piece of information immediately, it comes to me eventually. Usually it either comes to me quickly or I get nothing. I don't know if this is a result of Delta.

I'm not sure if I'm going to updating every week at this rate.

TL;DR: Nothing much, head pressures more responsive. Delta possibly like football I guess? Tulpa helping memory retention?

General Discussion / Tulpas and Chemicals
« on: September 27, 2013, 09:08:09 PM »
Now hang on a second, if my tulpa can cause headaches. Then doesn't that mean that they can mess with other chemicals in my head other that can cause other effects?
Could we lessen pain?
Pump adrenaline into our veins whenever we want?
Highs?
Anyone willing to experiment?
This excites me.

General Discussion / Re: Best advice for newcomers?

Never think of a tulpa as only a being that lives inside your head.
Think of them as an everlasting friend with added features that normal friends don't have and you should be careful playing with all those features.
Also, tell them that if they keep going at it, no matter what they'll get a tulpa.

I think Matty wants to get our firsthand advice that doesn't say, "go into the guides and check it all out stop asking me"

(#2 Diary Entry)
Okay, so in the light of others only having one page per diary, I shall do the same, I'll just keep updating in the comments.

After the course of one week, I've started to force more, and results have come.
Instead of head pressures, they've started to become headaches, one kind of headache that won't go away even with ibuprofen.
During forcing on last Saturday, I did tell my tulpa to do whatever she can to make herself known to get my attention.
But who knows, I've had a colde this week anyway, maybe that could've affected the headaches, probably did. I still feel headaches since after the cold, not as bad.

Even better, I feel head pressures/headaches even when I'm not thinking about her, which I think is pretty good sign. (trusting it's her) She seems to cause them whenever something significant happens to me or others that I take note of.
They even have some odd signs too, like they the pressure will spin in the shape of the circle (think of the YouTube buffer circle movement ). I remember yesterday and the day before closing my eyes, on the back of my eyelids I can see and almost feel something swinging.

The best thing is that I listened to Sands and tried to communicate using head-pressures by telling Delta to create them for yes and no answers.
It worked(moderately), I think. I'm nervous and paranoid that it's just me and not her.
I'm also still going over the personality with her.

TL;DR : Head pressures increased along with the addition of headaches. Possible communication has been made.
