Bet you didn't see that one coming.

Like, not at all.

Anyway, nope no progress yet, need to increase forcing time again though <.<

Uhm, what else...

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was great, and the only anime I ever watched completely :P
The manga is cool, too.

The fact that you post the same thing both here and on .info makes it hard for me to decide what to do.

Make 3rd tulpa forum to post responses.

Very short amount of forcing today, but I want to try lucid dreaming forcing, or at least to try to communicate with her in some manner via dreams.
I'll be using the WILD method since I feel like I am now more ready for it than I was last time around.
If this won't work I'll be trying the other traditional lucid dreaming methods.

Dammit.

I understood that it was about having one of your senses (in this case vision) perceive either nothing or a uniform signal, so that the brain cuts it out.
Therefore I thought that a completely pitch black room was enough.

Whatever, I'll still keep trying to impose in dark room with tones, it felt a bit easier to do open eyed visualization there.

Experimenting with the Ganzfeld Effect.
I spent half an hour in a pitch black room listening to fede's tones, and got disappointingly little results.
I'll keep trying and try harder to impose during it, let's see if I can turn it into something useful.

Because we don't have one yet.

Thank you, I'll keep that in mind.

Turns out a nice thing to do before forcing is to just sit down, relax, and let my mind wander around. And use a bit of your positive affirmations.
Visualization felt less detailed but more vivid and solid (if this makes any sense to you), and she moved quite a bit again, if it was really her.

Still working on visualization, it's getting better and more solid regarding touch, I think I'll move onto detailing the rest of the body soon, but first I'll have to figure out the damn nose.
Fuzzy chest feelings are still weak but maybe increasing in intensity, I'm not sure.
And I have (yet again) to increase narration time, I suck at that.

Watching sports is a big no for me, I can't see how it can stay interesting for more than 10 minutes at a time.
Especially football (or soccer for you murkans), even though in Italy everyone loves football.

Pretty boring story, going through names and "oh this one sounds nice".
That's it.

Swimming is the only sport that I'm sorta good at.

Off-Topic / Re: VIDEO GAMES

Of games I played recently I remember Metro: Last Light comes to mind as being pretty awesome.
I usually get pretty absorbed into videogames, so I had shivers down the spine all the time. I played it all through in one day with only breaks for toilet and eating.
Ranger hardcore mode is a bit broken since there is no way to check your ammo and you are told none of the commands (not even for quick action scenes).
A bit short (like most non-rpg shooters today) but with headphones and a dark room it's scary.
