Battlefield 4 closed beta starts today!
And of course my only internet option at the moment is an unstable wifi with 2 seconds lag and 70kb/s <.<

So I'm playing Fallout 3 and I love this game, although it could use a bit better graphics.

Well played.
Merci, faggot.

Anyway since all the cool kids today seem to be talking about ponies:
PONY

So on the actual forcing side, visualization is starting to get decent, and I got some "maybe" emotional responses, but quite weak compared to last time.

General Discussion / Re: What kind of wonderland do you have?

I found it a lot easier to use a place out of my memories as a wonderland, since visualization will be almost automatic, but I didn't want to use the town I was currently living in, so I used Venice.
It's not 100% accurate of course, but it works and looks beautiful.

General Discussion / Re: Tulpae and Chemicals
« on: September 28, 2013, 04:27:17 AM »
I'm not sure if causing you headaches is done through messing with brain chemistry in a similar way to highs or adrenaline rushes, but there have been some people that claimed to have reached some of these objectives.

Lessening pain: Many say that their tulpa is able to lessen or null weak pain a bit. However I'm positive that with a bit of practice one could reach the point to completely null even quite strong pain, but nobody I know of has tried that, since most people aren't constantly in pain, so there's no reason for them to try to learn that skill.
Also worth noting is that you can do it with self-hypnosis, too.

Adrenaline: Dunno, probably.

Highs: Oguigi said that she was able to give Koomer a dopamine rush pony tulpa magic, they stopped soon after though since it was giving him strong headaches and because messing with brain chemistry can be dangerous, dopamine has been linked to schizophrenia.
Also worth noting is that a few months after they did indeed develop schizophrenia, or at least something similar.
But it probably wasn't only because of that.

Also yes, I'll be willing to experiment as soon as able to, since I seem to be making some slight progress again.

I've been going with the attitude Sands proposed for quite a while now, since it seemed the most reasonable, and I'll probably stick to that for the foreseeable future.

Also you guys are damn fast at replying.

Uuhhhhhhhh!
I'm pretty positive (sure is a bit of a big word here) that progress is being made!
When I started forcing today I felt that warm and fuzzy chest feeling again, Lea seemed to move quite independently (and dance!) and she appeared to be a lot more "solid" for lack of a better word.
Of course I'm not completely sure since it's just my fantasy and I could be making this up unconsciously, but it's great to see something coming out of it :D

Only solution then is for Sands to buy more donuts then. And get fat.

What I meant to say with "I'd like to be able to do that"  was more about the fact that for him it will feel at least a little bit real, while for me it's just "think about a donut. You just ate a wonderland donut", not really satisfaying.

I did a quick google search to see what exactly an egregore is, since I saw that term around here a few times, and I found this:
http://forums.vsociety.net/index.php?topic=10859.0;wap2

The part where it explains how to make a servitor (his definition of it, not ours) sounds like an interesting way to make a tulpa.
He (or maybe she?) also seems (I only skimmed it) to lay quite some importance on mastering visualization, "thought control", etc. before actually starting.
Maybe that's something we should encourage more here? Just an idea.

You can always spawn a truckload of donuts in the wonderland while waiting for the real ones.
You have no idea how much I'd like to be able to do that.

You could do it, as well. I prefer real ones. They have more taste and texture.

But I'm pretty sure mine won't feel even close as vivid as yours <.< I'd need months of visualization practice at least.

Yeah I didn't really think much about it before posting, sorry ^^'
I wasn't planning on using the account for anything else anyway, so don't worry about that.

Also good to hear that visualization is indeed something useful, I'll be working on that!

Uh, eyes looking on us.

I'll try to chase them away using Comic Sans.
Wait this isn't Comic Sans. Damn dark theme.

This is what I needed to prove that waffles is wrong. Dark theme best theme.

Ok, onto the actual tulpa diary side now.

I'm mostly working on visualization right now, since I really neglected that aspect (like pretty much everything else) during the first months and I've started to think it might be something that can help me.
I'm still a bit dependent on reference pictures, if I don't take a look every now and then the face tends to be blurred.
