Why didn't Ashley move Beatrice or summon another wasp? She's not exactly helpful up there. She could have potentially stung the bugbear as soon as he opened the door.

My interpretation of the rules for ball bearings and caltrops this time is:

Ball bearings were spread in a 10x10 area not a 10ft square area.
Caltrops were placed in a 5x5 area by the door.
Caltrops will do improvised damage to applicable enemies, that's 1d4 whenever entering a square that has them at normal speed and 2d4 dashing. Caltrops will not cause damage to certain enemies or those wearing certain gear. There was a DC15 intelligence check for perception to notice them in this area. This will not stop their movement.

Ball bearings have a DC10 chance to cause the enemies to fall prone per square if they move through them at normal or dash speed. Their speed becomes zero the rest of the turn.

Any enemy that sees them can warn the others if they are capable of speech and the others are capable of understanding.

You all move north, laying out your traps for the enemies. The door opens and one's head appears, not seeing the caltrops and bearings, he leans out and looks around. Spotting you, he calls in goblin tongue to relay the situation. He is in the doorway and has half cover.

[CALTROPS INT vs DC15 1d20-1, -2=[8,7,4,15,13,9,CR]
[BALL BEARINGS DEX VS DC10 1d20+2,+1 =[9,18,16,17,21,9,6]

[Initiative 1d20 Bugbears +2, Winter Wolves +1, PARTY +1,+1,+0,+3 = B15,B6,B10,B4,B7,B13,W12,W4,Y19,CCR,A13,A17][For everyone but Ashley, you have initiative in round 1, she will have to wait after you and after one particular bugbear which is fine for me to handle. Caltrops cover an area 5x5 in yellow and ball bearings cover an area 10x10 in orange]

[Round 1: Make your moves]

Then eat half of that.
I made host live on 600-800 kcal for 10 days. We stopped the experiment as his weight dropped dangerously. He's already thin. Has the same weight of 70 +/- 2 kg for 25 years now.

Also calories isn't everything. Eat fibrous hard to digest stuff like raw vegetables or mushrooms. The body will have to work hard to extract energy from that and you'll feel full longer.

Meh, we tried that 80 years ago and it didn't go so well. Mostly because you pesky Americans interfered. Also I feel woflo will sooner or later get in trouble for your genocidal ideas because of some EU hate speech laws. Not that it's my problem but we wanna keep this place he have us up and running. I made /tulpa/ for this purpose.

On other news, Trump will allow 600K chink students at US universities and plans to 'get along' with China the same way as with Russia. Trust the plan!

I believe I do have a means for magic users to learn spells but it must be a spell you are capable of casting. I think other than cantrips, Yulya knows every spell she's ever going to learn unless she wants to give up being a peace cleric. If peace clerics were meant to know sleep then they would know it. In my opinion sleep sounds like something a peace cleric should know instead of anything doing necrotic damage but I didn't design the class and subclass.

In other words, no, but everything is a negotiation.

Yulya panics hearing what is about to unfold
We need to get out of here before they smash us!

Yulya casts BLESS on Ashley, Alice and Cat and then EMBOLDENING BOND between Alice and Cat.  Then she retreats with the others

that was more luck.

time to get this over with before Yulya dies of anxiety. it will suck without sleep and firebombs yeah. no idea how were gonna beat those guys

heres the preliminary positioning. Alice Cat and Yulya need a line of sight so they cant retreat further. modify if you must.

btw could Yulya learn the SLEEP spell? i know its not a cleric spell which surprised me. would be helpful and fits a peace cleric nicely. maybe Josephia can teach her? shes a bard
