Remembering Elmina's words, when Cat presents the loot, Alice quickly takes over the clothes and attempts to give them a superficial cleaning. With significant mass of her body going into the bag of clothes, she appears even smaller than normal. In the mean time, she tries to distract Linene with the weapons.

You hurry South, past Stonehill Inn and reach Lionshield Coster at the Southern end of the town square. The town is still empty at this cold and early hour. Busy with your schedule, you enter Linene's store and pay no attention to the small and derelict shrine at the opposite end of the square.  It consists of little more than an arc of piled-up rocks and appears to have collapsed at some point in the past, like many abandoned buildings in Phandalin.



Only a few pigeons witness the old man in rags sitting in front of the shrine like a statue, sunken in prayer like a monk.



Despite the freezing cold he wears no shirt, his bare chest and back reveal countless scars. With his eyes closed he fiddles with his rosary, mumbling to himself.

The time has come!

Inside Lionshield Coster, Linene greets you cordially, but not without irony
"Oh, our dear adventurers who still owe me 150 for the shield, 375 for the tool kit and 15 for the wool cloak. Good to see you are still alive!  Where's your little miss negotiator?"



She musters Yulya's fine clothes.
"On credit as well I presume? Buy now pay later? When Gundren returns? I keep hearing 'tomorrow' for weeks now. Maybe he ran away from his debt?"

She looks at Alice.
"Whoa, are you that - uh - thing from last time? You look a lot better now! Must be my clothes!
Then she notices the wolf ears on her cloak and lets out a laugh
"Did you make this? It's so cute!"

She regains her composure and shows you a V sign.
"Two things my friends:
1) No more business until you fully pay your debt
2) No more credit. No pay, no items."

With a bright smile, she holds out her hand, demanding the 540 sp you owe her.

Come on, why would I do that? We want you to join again someday, not drive you off.



I said I do not want to play Summer for exactly this reason. I promise nothing will happen to her, but unless she plays herself, she cannot really interact with us. I will keep her role to a minimum. But as Alice said, she can always pop in and play her role when we meet up at dinner. But because I hate loose ends as much as Alice, she is required until it is revealed why we cannot yet go for the dragon. This will probably be clear by meeting Andras.

Apart from that, I have to keep the game as much fun as possible. Hence Cat will be drugged. How she reacts to the catnip however, is up to her. Alice absorbing the goblin stink bomb set a pretty high bar.
