General Discussion / Re: Dream thread: Record your tulpa related dreams.
« Last post by Bernd on December 09, 2025, 03:05:27 pm »
New weird dream, same school friends.
I exited a military cargo plane with one of my friends from high school when among other people leaving the plane, I saw a girl that vaguely looked like my childhood crush. My friend would have known her since we were in the same class from age 10 upwards but he didn't. The brain decided this was my grade school crush though she looked different. We were again all late teens. The guy was our class clown, pretty much bipolar and I didn't particularly like him. Still for whatever reason I told him about that girl. Something I'd never do IRL. He doesn't even know about all the drama with my childhood crush though we were in the same class. I said that girl now works in the music industry. And this dream character looks at me and says something extraordinary: 'How do you know this?'
I was baffled and had no explanation either. Yet however not enough to become lucid.

We were in a very moist temperate forest, everything overgrown with moss, tall fir trees. The forest was dark and somewhat eerie, something out of a Hänsel and Gretel fairy tale. We crossed ravines that had been bridged by crudely hewn logs. I thought it looked dangerous but it was easy to cross. Deep in the forest we came upon an ancient derelict stone house.

One of the guys with us looked like a seasoned buff adventurer from an isekai. Drawn in manga style and completely unmatching to the rest of the highly realistic scenery. He jumped onto the roof and ran along the gutter ninja-style. I also made it onto the roof and saw that in contrast to the rest of the house, the chimney was brand nw. It was highly detailed and I effortlessly managed to balance on top of it on my toes. Gravity was minimal. It was clear that the house was not abandoned, and after a while the inhabitant came out to see who was on the roof. It was a pich-black skeleton.

The dream ended like most dreams do in such situation, Alice felt threatened and beat everything to a pulp. only the smoldering foundations of the house remained.

For now you easily can. Well, with some discipline and effort. Look at us. As least as long as we're around, this is proof that it works. We are your Canary. When we're suddenly gone, then you should start to worry.

So, the coming digital ID will force us permanently offline eventually.
Or - You could come over to the Dark Side and continue shitposting without worries.
Even if they make the WWW inaccessible without impossible to forge or bypass digital ID, we'll go full meshnet. The internet is far larger than what normies believe. It will be a pain but we'll make it work. You'll have to ditch your shitty old Windows PC for it though. I'll make a tutorial on /tulpa/ for the basics of what we use today. We already successfully tested some insane things for the dystopian nightmare future in the super secret tupper threads, so no worries. Whatever happens we'll always be 3 steps ahead of those trying to shut down free speech.

Maybe they'll get us one day far in the future, but until then, enjoy the show. You live in the US, the biggest shitposting paradise aside from places like Nigeria. Here in the EU, as Kasthtan said, it's no joke. One false word, even a wrong Like - and you're a criminal prosecuted with the full force of the law.

Cat halfheartedly listens to the conversation with no particular interest but is still surprised by the drakes due to Alice's fungus shenanigans and takes a massive hit.
Nyaa Fume Drakes!

Cat enters Rage and waits for Ashley's lynxes to flank. Then she hits the fume drake with her greatsword using Heavy

Sorry sorry I was kinda busy with family issues!
Cat did take a heavy blow, I hope she manages to deal with that drake! We might need more healing support from Yulya!

These fume drakes, not to be confused with the soul fragments of a dead dragon, are residents of the underdark.

Coming up seemingly from the shadows, smoke rises like a silky veil around you, several draconic serpents rise from the smoke.
Both Cat and Yulya recognize these as Fume drakes, a powerful creature of the Underdark. The foul scent from earlier makes sense now, there's a passage to the Underdark in this region of the cave, perhaps why there was no false floor over these pits, this part of the mine, beautiful and undisturbed, was likely set off-limits.
Yulya manages to protect herself somewhat but still takes 8 poison damage.

The smaller one attacks Cat with Draconic Fury
Cat takes a devastating blow and chokes on poison fumes released by the drakes bite.
Oh no, not another calamity! Ashley why are your summons not in front of us?
Yulya immediately moves 5ft N and uses her Healing Hands on Cat. Then she expends all 4 missiles of her staff (leaving only the last emergency reserve) and targets the large drake. With one use of her ring of quick casting Yulya puts all 6MP of her focus into Toll the Dead and targets the large drake again. If this is not enough Yulya engages it flanking with Alice and with a 2nd use of the ring uses Inflict Wounds on the drake with a LV2 spell slot.

Bear was temporarily suspended from X for suggesting public execution of criminals

This only serves aa further proof that Bear doesn't belong online and could never havr a publicly identifiable account online in any interactive capacity.

The only issue is the explosives don't do much damage tp singular targets. Also, I already thought you weren't looking this kind of thing up so I make my own custom creatures. They may have some immunities, their powers and attributes probably don't match anything online.

Is there even such a thing as a fume drake online?

Oh, yeah then in this case, if what you found online is a "fume drake" then what you're facing is a greater, ancient, king fume drake. For reference.
