Yulya sleeps uneasily. The loss of Ashley - and as she discovers also of her guardian angel - hits her deeply. Yulya prays to Eldath seeking for advice and hoping she will not be left by her as well. And by her remaining friends.


Waking up Yulya looks at the girls with slight concern.
It looks like we cannot waste more time. Alice - Cat we need to revive the dwarf now!

Yulya leads her diminished party to the priests quarters once again and has Alice open the door. She carefully peeks inside ready to attack any undead dwarf wandering around. Assuming the dwarf is still as dead as can be, Yulya has Cat carry him southwest of the remains of the forge - to the same spot where Ashley and Mormesk left. Mana appears to be thickest in this crystal-filled cave.
The body is placed on the draperies and Yulya gives it another look. First signs of decay are already showing.
Alice I have another job for you! See what you can do with your healers kit and your abilities before I begin.
Cat may I task you with looking after the girls? Check by here every now and then!

When Alice is done Yulya takes out her new and improved focus infused with Ashleys Wild Magic.
I wonder how this will turn out...
Alice stay clear of the body!

Yulya kneels down and begins the revival ritual with a prayer to Eldath and Corellon asking to return this poor mans soul to his body - so he is willing to return to the mortal realm.

No one asked for a combat wheelchair, it is a punishment.

If Alice wants to clean an of age Dwarf man who is dead or unconscious I don't see any issue with that. He will taste surprisingly like truffles mixed with spoiled milk.

finally we have arrived in dnd2024 - woke edition with the combat wheelchair!


sorry but Yulya will continue to employ Alices cleaning services. first bc its hilarious and second because theyre useful. im sure Summer can take care of herself she already demonstrated she can use cleaning magic so there shouldnt be a problem. the dwarf however - well hes dead.

Nyaaah are they still sleeping? Are you sure they're alright Yulya Nya?


Cat helps carrying the dead dwarf to wherever Yulya thinks is appropriate for the revival. While she is busy, Cat hones her weapons and inspects her gear, periodically keepin ga watch on Yulya and the girls and  listening for unusual sounds.

You rested 8 hours without any incidents but still feel no different and have no idea what time it is. The girls are still unconscious. Any attempts to wake them are in vein. As fat as the dearf is concerned, waiting any longer will make him ineligible for revival.

Well, I'd like to say this is your punishment for Alice thinking she can clean NPCs let alone even think of touching Summer, but even I think that would be very mean, so instead SheShe is gone for no good reason on her own accord. Ancient Elder Eldrich Lich White-Green Dragon. Did you know, SheShe was my DM in my last novel where I married Bear and was sister-wife to Autumn? I gotta say, she was pretty harsh because I had to watch them and their children and grandchildren die of old age to the point that there was no longer anyone close enough to my original family to think of me until I left from heartbreak. So I'd say she let you off pretty easy.

[Misha] I get to be DM in Cici (SheShe's new name) and Winter's (Ashley's other name) book. Yay!

So maybe think about that before you do it. Also the jars will be guarded additionally by ancient ice dragons covered in pine sap and they spread sticky sap everywhere especially in everyone's hair and on their car windshields, ironically within the lava biomes, just so you are as uncomfortable as possible, the jars are held at -40C indefinitely so you can't physically recover.

Then the Dragons will be taught how to make animate bricks, really dusty ones, and they will play happily with the bricks making a complete mess as friends and then teach the bricks to be racist against slimes and think poorly of jars.

Additionally, as punishment, Yulya will be struck paraplegic so she'll have to use a wheelchair pushed by Cat, it's magically cursed, "Yulya's Dirty Wheelchair".

But if that's the way you want to play, who am I to say you can't.

Yulya sighs and closes her eyes. She uses CREATE WATER to fill one of the barrels. Then she gestures to Alice to give her the mug.
Alice get into human shape and put on some clothes!

She dips it into the barrel to fill the mug with water and raises it into the air.
Forgive me Ashley... we have nothing but water for this toast to you.

Yulya turns to Alice and Cat
My friends! Barely a month has passed since we entered Neverwinter and became adventurers! It feels like an eternity for me! In this short time we have experienced quite many adventures and come so far - leveled up and reached level 5! And yet - our journey with Ashley has ended here and now. Even a pessimist like me would not have imagined we would lose a team-mate and friend so prematurely. I was confident in my abilities. And the will of the gods to keep this party together. But we lost Ashley not by tragedy but by her own volition. Honestly I do not know how to feel about this. But I hope she has made the right decision that makes her happy.

Yulya folds her hands in prayer. She imagines Ashley relaxing at the beach and agrees she probably has hit the jackpot. What fool would choose to return to this world of chaos and despair instead of staying in paradise?



Let us now feast in remembrance of Ashley!
Yulya takes a sip from the cup and then passes it to Cat.Then she sits down to eat the meal Cat prepared

lol if theres anything causing Yulya insomnia its losing Ashley which she considers her responsibility. and to a lesser degree experimenting on the dwarf. i tried to give the items  a reasonable weight like you suggested but the official stats are all over the place. a warhammer only weighs 5lbs but a pickaxe 10 lbs. i mean wtf. i will give the ore samples 1lb each.
so anyway Yulya has decided to wait until the girls wake up and question them before reviving the dwarf. it will take an hour and she needs some rest too.

oh btw - is SheShe gone too now? she said Corellon was in charge now. did Yulya also lose her guardian angel? that would be - tough for her.
