This is mostly directed at those who are new, or whom enjoy writing their information down in a more permanent manor. There is no real "way" to use this as an activity, it should be pretty straight-forward. It can be used by the host to understand the tulpa's actions more clearly, or by the tulpa to communicate their emotions. Which I have found to be useful. This is more or less a formatted list of questions that should facilitate discussion between you and your tulpa. With that said, if you have any suggestions, or questions that should be added to this list that might create discussion between yourself and your tulpa(s), post it here.
