Tulpa complaining about not having energy
« on: October 01, 2013, 04:28:48 PM »
Lately 16-Volte has been complaining that he doesn't have very much energy and that he feels very "translucent." He blames his not being able to possess all me at once on the fact that he just can't and doesn't have the energy to pull off such a thing. His mindvoice has always been relatively quiet, even if he was yelling, and especially quiet if I haven't been talking to him very much. Also, if I don't force with him for a while, he gets depressive and is almost always tired or sleeping. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I can help 16-Volte out of his rut so he will be "powerful" enough to accomplish feats like full-body possession?

Abandon thoughts that he's not "strong" or "energetic" enough. Both of you, especially him. If there's one thing that's surprised and helped us a lot, it's just how full of determination my tulpa is. He might not seem that way to most of you, but man, when he starts doing something, he does it. Failure isn't an option, he'll just keep trying until he does it. And what do you know, he often does it. How? Just by doing it, because he wanted to. It's the mind, there's no magical buttons you can press to make stuff happen. It's just willpower.

Your mind plays a big part in, well, all these mind things. That's what all this is about. Your mind and how much you can shape it youself by just willing it to happen. Don't think you can't do it, know you can do it. You might want to take a look at how positive affirmations really do affect your mind.

Maybe forcing more would help you to feel it better? Do some mental workout to get those mental muscles in shape. Maybe I shouldn't mention that it probably is just symbolism, but if symbolism helps you to think you can really do it, then it's good symbolism in my eyes. If there really is a thing about tuppers not being "strong" enough because they are too young or something, then forcing more should fix that, too.

Whenever my tulpas end up feeling lethargic, actually getting them active seems to help--either making them do something different for a change or even having an active debate seems to help. It helps to give them more attention and also is helpful to have them do things that makes them think actively.

Forcing will definitely help strengthen his voice. My tulpas always feel energized after we active force. We had given it up for a while, trying to only passive, but honestly since we started forcing actively again I cannot recommend it enough. Their progress skyrocketed when we returned to it.

I agree with the two above when they say "force more". I think you can look at a lack of 'energy' in this case as signifying you not paying enough attention to your tulpa: you pay less attention -> tulpa gets 'weaker' -> tulpa is tired and feels less real.

Force more. Just spend time with it and work towards a goal. Do you think about/with 16volte in your everyday life much?
Anyone who disagrees are dumb. I am correct hence you are wrong.
