I already told you that once. Put the image [img] tags around the url and close it like you normally close tags ([/ img] without the space). Of course, if the picture is huge, it's better to just link it.

My cat's regularly being applied for his fleas and scabs because he keeps scratching the shit out of himself today. Pretty pissed about that, haha. Weird tho, my outdoor cat has never had issues with fleas. Maybe they've come to accept him as one of their own, or something else that you'll explain about outdoor cats and fleas.

Well the cat in question has always been an outdoor cat. Being said however, I never see any fleas on him. It's weird. Indoor cat has been riddled with them, though. Ahwell, whatever.

Interesting. Both of my cats are outdoor cats and they don't seem to get fleas either.

Mebbe our cats are magic.

This thread needs more cat stories!

How does your cat react to you doing active forcing / meditating?
Mine is obviously feeling ignored which is considered a major crime, worse than reading.

.) generally is 'around', purring and/or walking up and down restlessly
.) licks or chews my fingers
.) scratches my clothes
.) scratches on door, disregarding pet door
.) jumps on shelf and shreds some important paperwork

Ok, it's not always like this, sometimes she's also sleeping on my lap. But given the weight and purring, that isn't exactly helpful either. But cute nonetheless.

Ha, I kinda expected exactly this sort of comment.
I can't get myself used to calling all animals 'it' in English as in German few ones are neuter. However, all diminutive forms are, so kittens are 'it' whereas adult cats are 'she' except if specified as tomcat.
In Spanish, cats are always 'he' except if specified as female.

But apart from that, how much autism does it take not to feel emotionally attached to a creature you've spent your daily life with for more than 15 years?

"It" tends to be used for non-living, non-animal things with genders. Pets tend to kinda fit that description. Hermaphrodites are kind of an issue, though. English lacks a good gender neutral pronoun and using the plural "they" gets old at some point.

Cat just walked over me because he could. He usually didn't do much while I forced, just chilled there with me like he usually does. Was pretty cool to just sunbathe with the cat and force. But often when I talk to the tupper out loud, the cat is like "mraah" because he's a cat and if you are talking then clearly you are talking to a cat.

My cat still throws up a lot and just projectile vomited everywhere, and my stepmom being the angry person she is is just like "Whatever, we'll just take him to the pound so we don't have to deal with him"

He's pretty much dead if that happens. He's already so mangy because he thinks he has fleas on him even though he hasn't in months, and all scabbed up, and nobody around here wants a cat that's always throwing up :c

We've switched out his kibble for different brands and tried a lot of different food, but no matter what, he just throws up. I get that cats throw up, but sigh. We need to take him to the vet to get a better diet for him figured out probably, but nobody really wants to save up the money to do. Sigh. Wish I had a job ;-;

Hope we don't get rid of him, I love that gross little cat.
