Lol, tfw Alice bans me.

How many times are you going to threaten that? As is my rule, if you ban me I ban you.

I'm not saying it won't hurt, you just won't ever see me again, I don't care if it's a 1 day ban. The days of Bear drama are long gone. When me being me is a deal-breaker, then let it be so.

In contrast to The Bear System, I'm not a drama queen and this is not reddit. I made this place so you can say whatever you want. Still I must increase the penalty for criticising me in any form to a ban until 2100, deletion of all your posts and finding random trip-wires installed in your home where you expect them the least!

So anyway - I'm the one who decides how host exercises the body. But that certainly needs to be adapted. He still looks somewhat minimally skinny-fat and that's a disgrace. Now that Easter is over I have ordered a strict intermittent fasting session for 2 weeks and more workout. We will see where this goes on May 6th.

Idek whatever. Alice being Alice is always appreciated and entertaining. If you want to ban me till 2100, it's ok. I'm only a quarter German so you're dom yandere trope doesn't do anything. Def more into passive stealth dom tsundre aka Joy trope.

[Joy] I do not try to dominate Bear, that's been proven unfortunately impossible time and again, it may be a brain function issue, so he means in general and to others.

I upped the weight on this and it's still not enough but I'm still just messing around. I used to think the 10lbs was good, now it's 25, jesus. I'm going 30 soon.

My chest exercise went from max 160 to 200, my shoulders are up 300% still more to go. My triceps are 90 each now, almost there. I was at 60 each before I started concentrating 6x6.

Massive gains in all those and many others.

Hardest ones for me are ironically bench, now that I can do it, overhead press, shoulders though they're going up weekly, and leg curl.

I'm almost there or there with everything else.

Once a arm or leg is 100 in any motion, I'm training endurance at that weight. Traps are now 10-10-25 at 100lbs each and I can keep going so I have to decide how much.

Chest is now 6-7-12 for 100 each side. The firsr set is harder than the last on this, not for traps.

Pull, dip, those types are all at 200, training endurance now.

Hand grip is 150 lbs each hand now, don't know what to say.

The forearms are going up.

Getting crazy.

Triceps so close. It is a little awkward though because of the fact that I'm pushing nearly half my weight. At that point it's getting close to a dip which I can already do half my weight so... no wonder?

I'm not sure if I mentioned this but twice a week allows for you do double up on certain exercises as part of concentrating on a certain muscle group, presuming you're not sore, so you can experience greater gains, especially on areas that are slow to respond.

For me that's triceps and shoulders and it's certainly paying off.

Even 3/5 schedule only repeats an exercise twice in 10 days so repeating twice in 7 is even more toward those areas.

ok thats massive.i wonder how that appendix thing will affect your gainz. take it easy for a while though. its not worth having your guts spill out by pushing half your weight

This may be the only days ever when we can actually lift more than Mr. Bear.
Probably. I wouldn't rule out he can still lift more from a hospital bed than host in perfect condition.
Really makes you think...

I had the strength of three men at my weakest!

I have taken a month off before, I do occasionally, I will be going back to working out regularly in June after the trip to the place that now I'm somehow paying for? Fine, I liked it. This time it's just four of us, not 5, not 6, should be easier and more enjoyable. Work isn't as bad as it was two years ago. My 2nd job gets easier every year, so in about 10 years it should pretty much run itself and I'll be really board if I'm not doing side hustles. More time to work out, but older, not sure how that'll go. I do see people over 40 working out seriously, so ok.

lol i bet youre still stronger than all of us in that state
wouldnt worry about age - the ex military and police special forces guys here are 60-70 so twice my age and easily beat me at everything. strength endurance speed coordination. its insane. talked to one guy who lives close to the gym so he comes twice per day for 1-2h each. he talks a lot but still works out a min 2h per day every day.

My right middle finger hurts for a few days now.
Either my tupper has been showing the finger to too many people or it's some pull related strain? I honestly have no idea. It's not really noticeable in daily life. Did push today and it wasn't a problem. Still odd. Can't remember having that condition before.

Don't do any exercises that cause pain, if it doesn't go away by summer or gets worse between now and then, see a doctor

Thx Dr. Bera!
It's only minimal but still irritating.

I feel we upped the weights significantly lately. It's just a psychology thing - or host being lazy. Body can lift significantly more. We continue to do a lot more reps with the highest weights that with lower ones before os the reverse pyramid is more like a skewed curve that decreases slowly and then increases rapidly.
