Of course I'm not completely sure since it's just my fantasy and I could be making this up unconsciously, but it's great to see something coming out of it.

Not a good mindset.

You need to believe. Just believe in it, even if it sounds silly. You're not making this up unconsciously, okay? I had that mindset and it really fucked me up, tupperwise. Just know that it's not a fantasy and keep pushing forward.

And I'd say that's a bad mindset, because if you doubt now and force yourself to believe, later on you will start wondering if you even had anything in the first place as you forced yourself to accept it and never had second thoughts when you should've. Seen many people have everything go down the drain once they got hit in the head with that.

Nothing wrong with healthy skepticism. Just don't block everything, let it come, give it time. Don't push it away and shit.

I've been going with the attitude Sands proposed for quite a while now, since it seemed the most reasonable, and I'll probably stick to that for the foreseeable future.

Also you guys are damn fast at replying.

Well played.
Merci, faggot.

Anyway since all the cool kids today seem to be talking about ponies:

So on the actual forcing side, visualization is starting to get decent, and I got some "maybe" emotional responses, but quite weak compared to last time.

Still working on visualization, it's getting better and more solid regarding touch, I think I'll move onto detailing the rest of the body soon, but first I'll have to figure out the damn nose.
Fuzzy chest feelings are still weak but maybe increasing in intensity, I'm not sure.
And I have (yet again) to increase narration time, I suck at that.

I wrote about positive affirmations before, so I guess you should try it, as well. Because it really works. Don't say you can't do it, know you can do it. Because you can.

Thank you, I'll keep that in mind.

Turns out a nice thing to do before forcing is to just sit down, relax, and let my mind wander around. And use a bit of your positive affirmations.
Visualization felt less detailed but more vivid and solid (if this makes any sense to you), and she moved quite a bit again, if it was really her.
