Yulya can tank currently without any regard for health and safety thanks to random chance. His hits would be wasted on her, and I know that but he doesn't, so until he learns that I have to ignore that fact. I will use a random chance or other factors to decide.

ok that was even crazier than anticipated at least Yulya is having fun. if shes invulnerable would hits break her concentration and end BLESS? she already has some ideas but i gotta know how that works out or concentration spells would be wasted

Concentration would act normally, you will actually be hit and take damage, but you will immediately return to full health when downed or killed. Bless will be wasted in that case. Embolding Bond does not require concentration.

Cat please change your last post. I gave you Heroism so you can attack. Move behind the bugbear and we can flank. You get advantage while my disadvantage due to being frightened is negated. I hope thats all correct and not another impossible plan. Teleportation is not movement and I am moving away towards Cat before teleporting to Ashley to save her. It is not my faut there is a huge scary bugbear in front of her. I would say being unable to take a step closer is something different at looking at Ashleys broken body and materializing there with a pop.

Sometimes there's so much wrong it cancels itself out.

- Yulya needs 2 hours to be back to full minus her ring of quick casting that needs it to be tomorrow morning

It is now evening, morning has not occured.

I will decide how to deconstruct your post if you don't change it to remove the references to the ring of quick casting.

The ring is empty for about 12 more hours.

Oh no!
Another brilliant Yulya plan falls apart!
I also lost track of time (Cat doesn't care anyway). We will wait for you to tell us what's possible before moving Cat. Or for the sake of game speed, Cat will either follow Yulya's command if she can and give temp HP to Ashley on the way, or do what's currently in her post - stand and shoot. This way we won't lose more time. We can correct the post later.

Don't worry about time, it is quite critical that you make the right decisions here.

I won't tell you what to do but Yulya can't cast more than one regular spell per turn though there are bonus action spells, though 5e says if you cast a spell as a bonus action, the other spell must be a cantrip, I don't care about such restrictions only that she has only one action per turn.

After researching it, I've decided that Yulya must edit her post.

As far as strategy, it's clearly a conflict of interest to help you but it looks like the odds of your success in this situation have dropped significantly even in 10 rounds, and since I loath Alice to complain about mistakes made in this encounter and supposed fairness, I will offer this reminder since Yulya, among others, are so tediuosly forgetful.

Yulya isn't the only immortal currently in your party capable of resurrecting automatically upon death at this time, and I don't mean the Diva in a mining outfit.

I'm not saying what will happen if you do, I don't even know, only that she will revive upon death as foretold, and at least temporarily, have boosted abilities, though at a cost yet undecided.

I've said too much, sigh I spoil you all so.

And if you think a firebomb will do anything more than destroy your chances at clearing the mine, and dooming the town, then think again. It's very low damage and easily avoided, but devastating to a wood lined mine.

Good luck!
