The fuck are you accusing me of? Even if they were cute I get away as soon as possible!

In the gym or otherwise.

I don't need any drama, period.

Not talking to people in the gym.

Host got noticeably stronger. I realized when he's carrying heavy things. It's far easier now. Also gained 4kg. I might have to impose another Auschwitz diet (no food just heavy work) on him.

doing 1000 calorie OMAD, sucks donkey balls but it does work. Will go back to ~1500 cal which was basically sustaining me after I hit 195.

like christmas - easter is an eat-til-you-die family event. gotta work that off afterwards. gym wise things are going well. i used to have minor back problems from sitting too much at work but not anymore since i go regularly. same with wrist.

198 today, OMAD 1000cal is flipping hard. lost 2 lbs a week. So now the idea is once I weigh in at 195, I get 1600 cal a day and if at any point it goes over 200, back to 1000 a day. 1600 means I get lunch and dinner, flipping fantastic.

If this is correct then basically my caloric intake should be 2000 without gaining weight because 2 lbs a week is a deficit of 1000 calories a day according to the statistics.

Been 194-196 for a couple weeks, it's not nearly as hard to maintain a diet where I can go over 1000. Been as much as 2200 cal in a day but on average 1800 or so, and I have gone down to 1200-1500 on easy days with strict OMAD.

Now I like OMAD. I really have become far less obsessed with food in general now thay my gut has sustainable amounts of food in storage and not having to lose 2lbs per week. It's absolutely fine now. I'm still hungry buy not wrestling to keep my mind off food. What a fucking distraction that was  like SR was, stupid. Diet is necessary, it's a lifetime commitment. I have said this before, every fucking year I say it, no more. Under 200 or I'm back to 1000.

Now three very important times that I'll have to survive, the 3 day trip, summer, and the Hollidays. It's typically my time to diet Jan-May, I REALLY don't want to see over 200, let alone over 210 or even over 215, it's obscene.

Will report. 195.5 today. On restriction, will have OMAD and probably be under 1500.

Apparently I can eat 2000+ in one sitting. Crazy shit.

What exactly are you eating on that UMAD diet? I still suggest adding more hard-to digest fiber filler so you can eat more volume without gaining weight. Still is 88-90kg so bad for someone your size and muscle mass? I think that's already impressive.

Host has gained a bit weight lately (73kg@178cm, I'd like to put him on a 2 week water diet but there are too many distractions to pull that off. Going 3 days without food was the longest we ever managed. It wasn't even hard, the body stopped craving food after a short while, but basically everything sucked and you can't think clearly anymore. That's not good. I'll rather increase work volume. We already have some substantial garden work ahead again that will involve shoveling many m³ of soil. That should burn substantial calories. Interestingly, working out without eating isn't a problem. But thinking without eating is.

I ain't no rabbit, I'm a Bear in case you didn't know. Fiber? You eat the fiber, I'll eat you.

What do I need volume? I need discipline not volume. 88kg? converting to freedom units, no, 194 god lovin units is fantastic. I am in no way Ashley auschwitz thin, I am easily 18% bodyfat so no, it's ok. Stronkx as an okx.

I know it's impressive, I'm constantly getting comments from grocery goblins at Costco and Home Depot. I can't fucking walk one end of Costco to the other without a mid, dumpling towing spawn from following me and asking me shit about whatever the fuck I'm near. If these bitches ain't on my jock, they're big time scammers. It's an every day thing, but they ain't doing this to 217lb barrel-belly Bear.

I stopped to pet puppies in front of Petco and dippy divorcé comes up talking to me about pets and shit. Bitch, get your 35-yr-old uterus to someone who can fill it. That ain't me. If Karoline Levitte can marry a 60-yr old, step the fuck back you thirty-something street walker.

You think I'm a charming socialite? I'm bout to get a damn cane to keep these barnical Karens at bay.

Take your rabbit food eatin skinnyfat host through Atkins. Count carbs. Stop these gimmik jew-diet trends. But hey, I don't expect you to listen to me.

You can't burn your way out of overeating, you need only to restrict the diet. Put yourself on the dog diet, Fido gets One Meal A Day. Not Unlimited Meals A Day rabbit food fillers.

Stop, the plumpkins love to say their diet works but their gut and eating habbits say otherwise. Only consistent results matter. Even I have no room to talk unless I can keep it under 200 until this time next year.

That's fine, but it's my topic. Technically not a diet thread so I'll allow it.

How merciful - on my forum...

Right shoulder hurts a bit while stretching out the arm. Thankfully Hitler salutes work fine, but tilting the arm backwards while outstretched to the sides like doing butterflies is impossible. No idea where this came from, not from the gym.

Tendinitis, that'll last a month to 6 months depending on how well you can target PT, likely you won't fix it quickly.

Never do exercises where it hurts, that only makes it worse. So now you have to avoid any exercises where that hurts.

I had to take a month off exercises because of such things many times. It seems like if you do the right PT, it can go away quickly but doing nothing will solve it in about a month while anything else can just keep reinjuring it.

So ban me bruh, this is a testosterone thread, go whine in chat

Yes, yes you're the toughest guy in town. We know.

Still odd, the body randomly gets such aches from doing nothing. Shoulder joints always were a weak point, it's relatively easy to semi-dislocate them. Hurts like hell. Ah well, guess it's leg week.
