Meanwhile the FBI:

Naa, I'm not worried about the FBI, it would be an honor to be on their watch, that just means they're actually protecting me from all the other nonsense that's happening here for free.

Nuisance floods a plant, feeds pigeons, wastes food, white knights, and steals a dog for nothing.

And here we are with over 100k homeless, drug addicted, diseased, pigeons on the streets looking for more free food. Feeding the pigeons only brings more pigeons you selfish prick!

Stop the suicidal empathy.

lol hes germany personified. except that irl all the ppl he helped or gave money to would get angry at him if he didn't do the same thing tomorrow. you helped me yesterday so why not today too? or more and more would show up and also demand help and gibs. and eventually kill him after taking all his money.

Yeah, Germans are literally like this. People work themselves to death here for a meager wage, pensions and health care are scaled back - so we can spend more money on 'development aid' in countries that hate us, and bring people here who replace us and our culture. The German wills it.

Dodged another bullet with this 2019 computer. It's a super fast very expensive computer that doesn't qualify for win11 but IDGAF because it beats the performance of this other 10k computer I have that is running win11 how? I have no idea only that they've changed the architecture in the last 6 years and shitified new computers to some extent. So this old computer has a built in battery and that was swelling due to some kind of gas internal to it, apparently that's not good, so I needed a new one and F me if I would be able to get a battery but I did! Someone was making them and it was a perfect replacement, it seems to be working.

INB4 my house burns down.

We're talking about a notebook computer here, not a PC right?

Nope, that's not good at all. Host was gifted this super expensive Macbook Pro long before I was born. Within 2 years the battery bloated like a dead whale on the beach and cracked the case. The whole thing was trash.

INB4 my house burns down.

Is it chink shit? I guess all batteries are chink shit nowadays.

I kept getting this thing I wanted to say but every time it comes to mind it's not appropriate to be on my phone, then I forget.

Dangit. Well it was pretty lame anyway as I recall though I don't recall what it was so it was probably just for shock value and my shock value is low so shit posting basically. Never mind.

A fucking 5cm / 2in centipede dropped from the ceiling at night. I know those guys from the tropics but even old host has never seen such a large one here. Millipedes are cool, but centipedes rank very very low on my list of favorite animals.

We get those.

Today while at the beach I saw quite a few of these:

In the shallows among all the myriad swimmers and waders in the shallows about hip deep. I'd never seen such fish before. I've seen other fish that were yellow and orange ones occasionally, lots of rays, purple medusa jellyfish, along with dolphins, the occasional whale and sea lions and seals but never this fish before. Maybe it was because the water was especially clear and calm today.

Spent way too long in the cold water but I was mostly fine because of my spring suit which is new. I never had one before and it was really nice not to be freezing my butt off.  I remember being young and not caring that my toes are going numb, so I had to limit the time to 1 hour increments or who knows what would have happened to my young beach mate.

I believe the water was supposed to be 72 Freedom degrees, as the air temperature was also that, but at some point just beyond where the water was above my waste, the water temperature decreased sharply to icy cold. Even with 'Super El Nino' the water is just stubbornly frigid. Without that cold current, my city would be insanely hot like Florida.

Anyway, had fun, still hate sand, spent an hour washing everything off at home.

I'm disgusted by those too. They're huge and venomous here and also quick. Nothing you want in your apartment. I hope you survived the night. Fortunately I had nothing in my apartment recently, a roach a while ago but my cat ate it.

The fish looks cool but I have no idea about fish. Been a while since I went snorkeling. You gotta go to one of the islands a bit off the city to see something decent.

Reverse image search says that pic shows a sablefish. Host doesn't think you saw a sablefish. They live in medium depths on muddy seafloor, not at sandy beaches. I think it was a croaker, maybe a California corbina?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_corbina

But hey, nowadays due to 'diversity' you can find anything anywhere. How big was it?

The centipede was killed by one of my countless Pholcus guardian spiders, so we slept peacefully.
I just counted 15 in the living room. They can tackle everything from mosquitos and small ants to large moths - and even centipedes. Very cool animals, we breed them on purpose. The neighborhood loli is not amused by them but her opinion doesn't count to me.
