Clearly you are doubting your dream stabbing abilities too much. You need to be more like Gandalf and know that you're bringing them down even if it seems hopeless.

Maybe if I stab him twice, next time. I always get this vivid resistance of the blade going through bone, so maybe I'm accidentally getting him more in the shoulder than anything. Will pay closer attention next time I'm murdering him.

You should stab him with arrows.
Or bullets.

Bullets would be the best of the two, assuming I don't miss. I'll try mind bullets if I'm lucid enough, next time. While also wearing a Wizard Hat.

Stepmum got me a Salt Lamp. I have no clue whatsoever as to why, but it has a dimmer and I guess it sets a pretty relaxing mood. I think it's very pretty, at least.

It says it naturally purifies air on the box, is that true? Don't understand how, unless it's placebo.

They're basically a hoax and there has been no proof of anything they claim they do, but they can look nice and be interesting for decoration. Most just tend to be way too expensive for what is a cheap salt crystal and a lightbulb, though. Another one of those silly new age healing scams that don't have any actual research done behind them, just a way to get the gullible to pay a lot of money for nothing.

Figured. Read an explanation earlier. Something about the salt attracting moisture, and the heat evaporating the water causing something something. Be nice if there were actually some kinda official something explaining why it does or doesn't work. Guess science doesn't care enough :'l

That or I just can't find one.

Still, this'n was relatively cheap, really. Only like, 7 inches tall, weighs around 7 lbs. (Sorry, don't know my metric). Ran for like, $25. I like some of the shapes of the pricier ones, though. Wouldn't be opposed to buying one as a decoration.

But yeah, didn't figure there'd actually be anything for it, so eh. The light is still pretty calming, may be a nice addition to my room yet.

I'd have thought you'd transcended past need for sleep by now.

Anyway, closed my finger in the door about ten minutes ago. Hurts like shit. I'm afraid I won't make it. You guys are only invited to my funeral if you bring food.

How about an open casket buffet? Everyone brings their own dressing.

I feel like I'm missing a joke here.

Iunno. The school nurse has placed me on life support (She gave me a bag of ice). I may pull through yet. That's like, another week of not being Fede minimum, and I think that's all worth living with this pain.

If you want better air, it's better to buy an actual air humidifer that does something. Of course those too tend to be pretty expensive, but at least they're actually doing something, you know? I'm sure when you're talking of the more expensive salt lamps, you've found the ones that can be as expensive as 150 dollars. Not something I would waste on a lamp, no matter how pretty. And I don't really like how they're lying to their customers, either.

I'm sure even a lot of the sellers don't know what they're spouting off. They just know everyone else says it's all scientific and they accept it, more likely than not.

Related note, if there's a placebo effect involved, I think I'm getting it. Room normally smells like ass no matter what, but I came home from a night of vidya at the DM's place, and I couldn't really smell anything. SpooOoo00ky.

Or maybe it's because I very thoroughly cleaned my room and washed everything
